今回は、我が家で子どもたちに大人氣のたけのこを使ったシンプルで美味しいレシピをご紹介します‼️

あく抜きしたたけのこをカットし米粉(小麦粉でも🉑)を付けて揚げるだけ🎶

ケチャップを付ければシャキッと食感のポテトのようです😋

久万高原産の風味豊かなトマトを使用した特製ケチャップもおすすめです☺️たけのこの甘みとケチャップの酸味が絶妙にマッチします。ガーリックが食欲をそそるトマトマヨネーズも是非お試しください。

This time, I would like to introduce a simple and delicious recipe using bamboo shoots, which are very popular with our children‼️

Just cut bamboo shoots that have had their bitterness removed, coat them with rice flour (or wheat flour), and fry them 🎶

If you add ketchup, it tastes like crispy fries with a refreshing texture😋

I also recommend our special ketchup made with flavorful tomatoes from Kumakogen☺️ The sweetness of the bamboo shoots and the sourness of the ketchup are a perfect match. Please also try our tomato mayonnaise with garlic, which is sure to whet your appetite.
