It has been a while. This is Aoki, a staff member who moved here.

I was taking summer vacation with my kids🌻

One of the great things about Michi-no-Eki Mikawa is that you can work flexibly!

Today, I want to share with you the delicious appeal of black garlic.

The black garlic from Omni Tech J.M. has a sweetness that makes you feel like you're eating fruit. It's so odorless that it's very popular with children too😍💓💓

The recommended amount is about 2 to 3 cloves per day, but it's so delicious that I can't stop eating it.

The black garlic is made by Isa, who is originally from France. He speaks more beautiful Japanese than Japanese people‼️ I was amazed that he skillfully used the word "ii yodomu" (to hesitate or falter in speech), which I had never used in my life👀 He is a very witty and interesting person.

Please experience the natural and luxurious sweetness of the black garlic made by Isa.
